What you consume BEFORE, DURING, and/or AFTER exercise is THE MOST important meal of the day! The EASIEST strategy is to consume a Protein shake IMMEDIATELY AFTER training. Don’t wait an hour or more. Don’t wait until your hungry. Drink that protein! And if you are a bit of an endurance athlete, have some carbs with that.
