Do you ever go to the health food store and walk by the enormous selection of protein and meal replacement bars? The choices  are endless! Well I’m here to help you figure what to get. First of all, check out the amount of sugar that’s in the bar.  Yes, if that protein bar tastes like a Snickers bar, that’s too much sugar! But protein bars that have at least 30 grams of protein are your best bet. For instance, a study in the International Journal of Food  Sciences and Nutrition found that these bars are a great way to keep you full and satisfied for up to 5 hours.  Yes, that way, you won’t go sneaking around looking for the dreaded drive-through!! Protein bars are a great and convenient way to get high quality protein to help build and maintain toned sexy muscles. So, In a pinch, go for the protein or meal replacement bar.
